Arrow Capital Advisors, LLC originates and manages direct private equity investments in larger, privately owned, industry segment leading, middle market businesses. Arrow’s offerings focus on companies in basic industries, which typically produce, process, recycle, enhance, transport, manufacture, distribute or provide value added services related to infrastructure, food, raw materials, parts, component assemblies or finished goods or products.

Arrow was organized because, while many Segment Leading Businesses might need private equity capital from time-to-time for shareholder liquidity or growth capital purposes, or both, quite often the controlling owners of such companies wish to avoid obtaining equity capital from private equity funds.

Arrow’s syndicate offerings provide longer-term capital for closely-held and family owned private businesses. Most generate annual revenues in the range of $250 million-to-$1.0 billion or more. All have attractive growth prospects, are well governed and managed, and meet certain stringent selection criteria, which factors are confirmed by Arrow through an extensive due diligence process.

Arrow believes that investments acquired by the equity syndicates it manages are all fairly valued and represent businesses with sound growth prospects. Investors can confirm such factors prior to committing to invest. Arrow attracts its portfolio companies by offering a truly unique, long-term equity-funding alternative for such larger, closely held and multi-generational family controlled, private companies.

Arrow offers participation in its investment syndicates to Family Offices and Shared Family Offices, which facilitate the concept of having “families invest in family companies”. Arrow Equity Syndicate^TM offerings are intended to both reduce investment risk and satisfy the longer-term, patient investment cycle preferences of such Investors. In addition to originating private equity syndicates, Arrow also oversees and manages the investments.

Arrow is a joint venture company owned among, and affiliated with, PA Holdings, LLC, de Visscher & Co. and Source Companies, LLC. The principals of these companies have had considerable experience investing in middle market businesses, and on matters associated with growing, monitoring, governing and obtaining liquidity from such companies. Through its Principals, Arrow has access to multiple proprietary pipelines for originating investment opportunities in Segment Leading Businesses.
